We hope you are well and enjoying seeing Spring finally starting to peek through. Brighter mornings and brighter days are most definitely ahead! Here's a round-up of what Elemental got up to in February and what's coming down the tracks in March.
March is Social Prescribing Month!
Thanks to the Social Prescribing Network, March gives us two of the biggest dates of the year in the social prescribing calendar with the 3rd Annual International Social Prescribing Conference and International Social Prescribing Day taking place this month.
We exhibited at the The 3rd International Social Prescribing Conference
The 3rd International Social Prescribing Conference ran over two days on the 4th and 5th of March and it was the first year that the conference was hosted online. The conference was as always, a well organised and thought provoking event that brilliantly showcased the impacts of social prescribing through a range of talks and sessions.
If you missed the conference, never fear, here are our Top Ten Takeaways.
Our favourite day of the year, International Social Prescribing Day!
Social Prescribing Day (scheduled 18th of March 2021) is an international event aiming to foster an attitudinal change, to shift the power to the people and local communities, to forge cross-sectoral collaboration, to promote co-design and co-creation, and to ensure social prescribing continues to grow as a grassroots movement. You can join the celebrations by sharing how you'll be taking part via the official hashtag #SocialPrescribingDay
You can also follow us on Twitter here, where we'll be giving away a host of useful social prescribing resources including ebooks, infographics, podcasts, videos, customer interviews and more.
