It has been a busy month in Social Prescribing, we passed the 100,000 users on the Elemental platform.
Here's a round-up of what's been happening in the world of Social Prescribing in June and what's coming up in July.
We have launched our brand new website
We have officially launched our brand new website. The new design and layout makes it easier than ever to find out all about Elemental and our products and services. Our resources and events section will share the learning from case studies on the great work of our customers to online events focused on improving social prescribing. Visit our new site here and let us know what you think.
Mental Health Concern partner with Elemental to enhance their services and develop a greater understanding of the impact and outcomes of their social prescribing programme
Mental Health Concern is now live with Elemental across 16 Hubs, 4 of which are Newcastle-based Primary Care Networks. The step will help Mental Health Concern to further support and empower the communities they serve so that people facing challenges get the facts and support they need for self-care and self-management whilst better connecting into their local community.
We now have over 100,000 users on the Elemental platform
Welcome and congratulations to the 137 new users that have completed the Elemental Academy in June
We had our first Elemental Customer Focus, hosted by Care Merseyside CEO, Cathy Connolly
Thank you to Cathy Connolly, who delivered a very insightful and engaging session, sharing the knowledge and learning from Care Merseyside's social prescribing programme. If any customers missed the session and would like to watch the recording, please let us know.
